Situated behind a discreet street-level facade, this studio apartment unfolds as a masterclass in modern minimalist living. The 45-square-meter interior is conceived as a single, fluid volume where the strategic interplay of black, light wood, and white defines distinct zones without the need for physical barriers. Generous daylight filters through floor-to-ceiling glazing, washing across the pristine white surfaces and reflecting off the light oak flooring to amplify the sense of airiness and spatial continuity. The material palette is intentionally restrained, creating a quiet, gallery-like backdrop that allows the sculptural quality of the light and the few carefully selected furnishings to take center stage.
